Return and Exchange Policy
By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the distance sales agreement presented to you. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, if applicable.
If the Product Price Is Not Paid
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
Purchases Made with Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days.
If the Product Cannot Be Delivered on Time Due to Unforeseen and Mandatory Reasons
If force majeure events, technical failures, supply issues, or extraordinary circumstances that the seller could not foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The seller also reserves the right not to process, suspend, or cancel the order when deemed necessary for production safety and technical compliance. Production may not be carried out if the design is not suitable for manufacturing, poses technical or occupational safety risks, does not comply with machine capacity, due to material stock issues, or if the buyer provides incomplete or contradictory information. In such cases where delivery cannot be completed, the payment made will be refunded. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and has paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, depending on the bank’s processing time, it may take 2–7 business days to be reflected in the buyer’s account.
Return Conditions
The SELLER evaluates return requests submitted by the BUYER within the scope of compliance with production and technical specifications. If a defect attributable to the seller is identified, the product price and all documents that put the buyer under obligation are refunded within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the withdrawal notice; the product is collected within 10 days together with its box, packaging, and invoice. Products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any. The following cases are considered seller faults:
- The product is not manufactured in accordance with the technical drawing provided by the buyer,
- Using a different material instead of the specified material,
- Cutting dimensions not matching the technical drawing,
- Bending or workmanship quality not complying with technical standards.
In such cases, the buyer may request one of the following: free repair, free reproduction, or a refund. In cases where a return is accepted due to seller fault, the refund is made within 14 days at the latest. For payments made by credit card, the time for the refund to be reflected on the card may vary depending on the bank’s processing time, but it is usually completed within 2–7 business days. If the value of the goods decreases due to a reason caused by the buyer or if return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller’s damages in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the product within the withdrawal period. When returning the product to the seller, the original invoice presented to the buyer at the time of delivery must also be returned (to ensure consistency in our accounting records). If the invoice is not sent together with the product or within 5 days following the shipment of the product, the return process will not be completed and the product will be sent back to the buyer with cash on delivery. The invoice to be returned with the product must be marked as “return invoice” and signed by the buyer.
Products and Orders for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
However, the following products and orders are not covered by return:
- Cut sheet metal products (Products prepared in accordance with the buyer’s specific requests such as size, model, color, or shape cannot be returned.)
- Orders that have started production or are incomplete (Products prepared in accordance with the buyer’s specific requests such as size, model, color, or shape cannot be returned.)
- Incorrect information provided by the buyer (Errors such as incorrect measurements, incorrect drawings, or incorrect material information are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be returned.)
- Reasons based on the buyer’s own preference (“I changed my mind”, “I placed the wrong order”, “I sent incorrect measurements” are not accepted as valid return reasons.)
Situations arising from incorrect measurements, incorrect tolerance declarations, incomplete or incorrect technical information, contradictory measurements, incorrect drawings, or incorrect material preferences provided by the buyer are not considered seller faults, and no return or exchange is made in such cases.
