Delivery Terms

All services provided by Metacut consist of custom sheet metal cutting and laser cutting production tailored to the buyer. The production time may vary depending on the selected material, stock availability, technical drawing specifications, type of operation, and workload. Although the estimated production time is 3–4 business days, this period may be extended due to technical requirements or workload. In case of any delay in production, the buyer will be informed; however, such delays do not impose any compensation or liability on the seller. Shipping costs (cargo fees) shall be borne by the buyer. In cases where the buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, refuses delivery, or fails to collect the product from the cargo company, all additional costs such as delays, returns, and reshipments shall be borne by the buyer. In case of any issue caused by us, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Metacut reserves the right to make changes to its delivery policy at any time, taking customer satisfaction into consideration. Any policy changes will be communicated to the buyer to prevent inconvenience.

Shipping Process

After production is completed, the products are delivered to the cargo company contracted by the seller. The delivery time depends entirely on the operational processes of the relevant cargo company and is beyond the control of the seller. Metacut does not provide any guarantee regarding delivery time. The delivery duration is the responsibility of the cargo company. The shipping cost is clearly stated to the buyer during the order process.

Buyer’s Obligation to Inspect the Product

The buyer is obliged to check whether there is any damage to the package at the time of delivery. The received product shall be deemed to be accepted as intact and undamaged. Before accepting the product subject to the agreement, the buyer must inspect it and must not accept damaged or defective goods such as dented, broken, or torn packaging from the cargo company. In such cases, the buyer must prepare a “Damage Assessment Report” together with the cargo officer. The seller cannot be held responsible for damages in shipments for which such a report has not been prepared. Any modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or deterioration of the original design of the product are outside the seller’s responsibility.
